Had an awesome time with friends! We visited the Roman Amphitheatre and enjoyed some authentic tea before hiking to the hilltop ruins with stunning views. The staff was super helpful and gave us great tips on what to see. Clean rooms and perfect location for exploring.
Although overall positive, the dining options on-site seemed overpriced compared to nearby restaurants.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Single Room with Private Bathroom, and I loved it! The hotel has recently been renovated and has transformed into a fine boutique choice with warmhearted staff. I enjoyed breakfast with a typical Jordanian selection and appreciated how helpful Ahmed was during my stay!

During my stay, I enjoyed a fantastic location that was super convenient for exploring the nearby attractions like the Jordan Museum of Popular Tradition and the Temple of Hercules, both just a short walk away. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the lovely breakfast options available. A special shoutout to Ahmed, whose kindness and assistance made our trip even better, especially when we needed tips on local spots to check out.

as if that wasn't enough, I was given two twin rooms instead of the quadruple room I booked—so thoughtful of them. I expected some sort of upgrade or complimentary drink to make up for this nonsense, but I just couldn't catch a break.

The location is superb, conveniently near the city’s main attractions, making it easy to explore. The staff is quite friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience. Breakfast features delicious options, including a range of traditional dishes that cater to different tastes. However, parking can be a hassle due to the limited availability, and the shared bathroom situation might not be ideal for everyone. Additionally, be mindful of potential noise from nearby nightlife, which could disrupt relaxation.

We had a nice time exploring the area, especially visiting the Roman amphitheater while sipping tea in the shade. The staff was very responsive, ensuring our family felt welcome, and they even helped us plan a few outings, which made everything smoother.
My wife says that the noise level was a bit too high for a restful night.
